内容简介：
    2004年11月30日，国务院总理温家宝签署国务院第426 号令，发布了《宗教事务条例》（以下简称《条例》）。《条例》自2005年 3月1 日起施行。这是我国宗教界和宗教工作的一件大事，标志着我国宗教事务管理方面的法制建设取得重要进展。

    本书是适应当前各级行政管理机关及其工作人员以及社会各界学习、领会《条例》的实际需要而编写的。本书的作者多直接参与了这一行政法规的起草工作，对其基本精神和具体规定有较为深刻的理解、认识。相信本书的出版，对《条例》的学习、宣传和贯彻会有所裨益。
